You might notice some updates and improvements to RosterBot over the next few days.
You know those cool team banners you’ve added to your team’s account? Well those are now visible all over the program. Not only will they show up on your team’s Dashboard, but also on the Navigation bars.
You will also see that there is a new selection available to you: Team Fees
Every user on RosterBot now has their own Team Fees page which lists any upcoming, overdue and paid fees you’ve made through RosterBot. It’s a great way to make sure you’re up-to-date on anything you might be owing to your team.
All the information on your fees is presented: Which team you owe money for, what the fee is for, when it’s due, the amount owed and an explanation of the fee.
If your manager has attached their Stripe account to RosterBot, you can even pay right on the spot clicking the PAY NOW button. And if they haven’t, we recommend you remind them to!
Signing up for RosterBot is now a breeze too. No longer will you need to check your email to verify your account. Just sign-up, add your email address and we’ll let you in the door right away. All the other stuff, like verifying your account will need to happen, but we want to make sure you can access the goods right away!
Subscribing to your team’s schedule and importing the schedule to your personal calendar has been simplified too. Because we want to make it as easy as possible, you can still click the ‘Subscribe’ button, but if that doesn’t work, your team’s WebCal URL is posted for you to copy too.
A couple of annoying bugs have also been patched up. The Spare invitations will now be sent if your team’s Minimum has not been met, assuming you’ve turned this tool on for your event. Attendance Tracking will also keep tabs on your Spares from now on.
You will also find more easily accessible links to this blog, our Help Centre and other helpful links at the footer of all parts of RosterBot from now on too.
If you have any recommendations or suggestions for us, we’d love to hear them, so let us know at email@example.com.
